The original GamutIn 1971, Gamut Engineering introduced the original Gamut rowing ergometer. We are both astonished and gratified that many of the original Gamut ergs are still in service and in use. |

gamut2Since the 1980's, the Concept2 has dominated the market for economical and user friendly rowing ergometers. Yet the need that prompted the introduction of the original Gamut still exists: there is still a need for a teaching and coaching machine that features true rowing motion and feel. In 2010 we introduced the gamut2. In September 2010, the prototype gamut2 was delivered to University of California Berkeley for testing. |
